Midland Water Systems Goes High-Tech With Implementation of 'The Hub'!
As part of our continuing quest to further improve the quality of services we offer to our clients, Midland Water Systems HQ has recently undergone a technological overhaul, with traditional lever-arch folder-based record-keeping replaced by 'The Hub'; an all-encompassing, in-house database developed and implemented specially for us by IT & Software Developer Nick Parry. At the moment, only the content resource management and website editing elements of The Hub are live, but when all systems are operational, we will have the facility to quickly and easily refer to accounting information, site-maintenance scheduling, and client information with a mere few clicks and key-presses.
What this means for our clients is that we will be able to more efficiently schedule the ordering of supplies for customers who receive their consumables from us, or to automatically schedule maintenance visits for customers for whom we have installed water treatment systems. If you have a query about work we've done for you in the past, we'll be able to quickly pull the information you seek from our records in The Hub. If we've performed a site inspection, and you want to know what we can do to help improve your business' productivity and cost-efficiency, the information retained in The Hub will allow us to offer initial advice on maintenance and upgrades, and schedule any follow-up site visits based on your needs and our availability, all from the comfort of the office.
In short, the implementation of The Hub stands as a sign of Midland Water Systems' continued commitment to maintaining and improving the close relationships we aim to establish with all of our customers, as well as honing the efficiency and expertise we bring to every one of our engagements. Long live The Hub!
